The Pattaya Marketing Co., Ltd. provides this notice to explain personal information used through pattayamarketing.com and enquiries to our team.
Information and purposes
Our form collects your name, email, service interests, business or product name, website and message as supplied. Name and email are required to respond; the other fields are optional. We use this information to respond, understand requirements, prepare proposals and follow up on your enquiry. Chat contains the messages and contact details you choose to provide. Please do not send passwords, payment card details or unnecessary sensitive information.
Service providers and website usage
The website uses WordPress and Everest Forms, Hostinger / Titan hosting and email, and Tawk.to chat. Relevant information may be processed by these providers to operate the contact channels. Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager support measurement of website use and contact-button interactions. Website systems and Cloudflare may process technical information such as IP address, device, browser and requests to operate and protect the service. Some providers may process data outside Thailand.
External services such as LINE and Facebook have their own privacy policies. You can manage cookies in your browser; disabling some cookies may affect website functions.
Retention
For enquiries that do not become client relationships, our policy requires review and deletion of information no longer needed within 12 months of the latest contact. Where services are agreed, necessary information is retained during the contractual relationship. Certain records may be kept longer where needed for legal, accounting or dispute purposes, separately from marketing information.
Marketing messages
Submitting a form or starting a chat does not subscribe you to marketing messages. If a newsletter subscription is offered, it will have a separate choice and a way to withdraw or unsubscribe.
Your requests
You may contact us about access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent, subject to applicable rights and conditions. We may request proportionate identity verification and explain any reason a request cannot be fully completed. You may complain to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee.
